This auction will benefit the Historical Society of the Phoenixville Area. Our main goal is to keep the history of Phoenixville alive and share our over 45,000 artifacts with YOU! Don’t worry – any items that are Phoenixville-related are ones we have 2 or more of in our collections or are items that do not fit our mission. You can help by purchasing items, telling friends and family about the auction and donating other items for future sales. This auction is a mixture of donations. It includes better jewelry (some are gold and sterling), many collectibles, and some are antiques. You will see apothecary bottles, Llrado figurines, a portable RCA tube radio, Star Wars Lots, baseball collector plates, glass candy containers, postcards and stereo view cards, Wedgewood, many local vintage maps and pieces of art, along with many other items. There is even a Stetson Hat and many household items. I’m sure I have missed some items, but make sure you don’t miss any of the 120 lots. We get 100% of the money raised. Maxsold does charge a buyer’s premium to the winning bidder, to cover hosting costs, advertising and credit card usage. They also stagger the ending of each auction, so everything does not end at once. If a bid is received on any item in the last 2 minutes, it will extend bidding on that item for 2 minutes more. This will continue until no new bids are made. |
